Cancellation Policy in the Event of Natural Disasters:

• When an event is replaced, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, terrorism, or warfare, the organizer is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.
• The conference organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the conference in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In this situation, the organizer cannot grant reimbursement requests from conference participants and speakers due to concerns. However, the organizer will allow enrolled participants and attendees to transfer their registration fees and lodging costs to any subsequent or affiliated conferences.
• The conference organizer disclaims any responsibility for any physical injury, property loss, or damage attendees suffer during or after the conference.
• Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions. The Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions. The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy:

• Precision Global Conferences strictly adhere to the cancellation policy.
• When cancellation is made more than 120 days before the conference, a $200 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund.
• Cancellations made less than 100 days before the conference are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be carried over to the subsequent event.
• Discounted registrations due can be transferred to the next event, or you can opt for a credit shell.
• Refunds will be issued during the third week after the end of the conference.
